• Manage and support the daily operations of the Account Services team consisting of up to 7 individuals• Account Manager for large National Clients providing ongoing support thru and after the Implementation process.• Manage the implementation of Administrative Service Only groups and ongoing support. This is accomplished thru project management, weekly meetings and constant communication with the Client and Health Plan partners.• Process and deliver small group dental renewals for multi lines of businesses and working with Underwriting regarding renewals for GDS Union Block of Business (Licensed agent).• Manage the monthly metrics for executive management including reporting of all metrics for each department within GDS, including any Notary needs.• Work to establish relationships with our clients. Educate them on our products and services and meet/exceed client’s service expectations and needs.• Work with EDI team to review file errors in relationship to large group enrollment.
