• Plan, coordinate and direct an Afterschool Special program for the Fort Calhoun community, including choosing activities, themes and more for 25 youth bi-monthly• Teaching School Enrichment opportunities to three public school districts and one private school, which includes teaching youth educational, research based programming and creating programming opportunities• Create Monthly Newsletters for 4-H Program• Coordinating marketing, grant writing and recruiting for 4-H Program• Co-direct all Washington County 4-H Events, including Awards Programs, County Fair and more• Creating relationships with the Washington County community businesses and surrounding communities- Maintain working relationship with Washington County Fairboard
