To assist GM with the company’s Business Plan and monitor the Action Plan. To organize all sorts of meetings instructed by GM, prepare the meeting materials and presentations for GM and generate the meeting minutes. Coordinate and communicate with management team members to efficiently implement GM’s instructions. Assist GM to conduct effective communications inside and outside of the company. Accomplish other works assigned by the General Manager.Other Responsibilities: To organize and coordinate important internal meetings within our Shanghai office and telephone or video conferences with both our Chinese and International offices. Provide assistance to Hoppecke overseas and interstate visitors with accommodation booking, flight booking, visas and scheduling appointments. Responsible for application of work permit and residence permit of expatriates. Handle language-related problems when necessary. Responsible for application of visa to other countries for staff of Hoppecke Shanghai. To assist in organizing big events, such as annual party, training program, company outings, group conferences, board meetings. Ensure effective & efficient communications and coordination between each department and also both our Chinese and International offices.
