Staff well-being is paramount to every successful business organisation. I provide group and individual supervision open to all staffing groups at Grand Union housing. These include, Tenancy enforcement, Domestic Abuse support and Human Resources. Exploring, challenges, difficulties and success’s both in and out of service requirements. Clinical and Reflective supervision provides a safe, confidential space for staff to speak freely and seek guidance and support.

As a tutor at Northamptonshire centre for Counselling Studies, I am a recognised CPCAB tutor delivering the Level 2 and 3 alongside the Level 4 Diploma. Delivering the Person Centred Approach to counselling at the Core, I support to teach, guide and support Adult learning become qualified counsellors.
