Responsible for planning, managing and delivery of the entirety of an organizations’ day-to-day catering operations across wide range of C&B events throughout 19 rooms with total capacity up to 1500 guestsResponsibility for overall F&B operations, food production, facilities maintenance and logistic services within the Conference Centre, setting all operational standards by which the food and beverage staff operateLeading and motivating large team of 35 permanent staff members including 3 Supervisors, 2 Team Leaders and FOH waiting staffEnsuring that FOH&BOH staff has been rostered accordingly to budgets based on forecasts and also met C&B events requirements and needs.
