Responsible for the collection and delivery of Clinical Trial data for all the trials that the DDO sponsors; ensuring the data is delivered on time and to high quality standard that meets all regulatory requirements.Devised, planned and led a project to move from a paper based Data Management system to an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. This involved leading the procurement process for the selection of an EDC provider, the implementation and validation of the new system and the associated process and organisational change.
