CurrentGrowdev is a technology company with the purpose of changing the lives of people and organizations by connecting talent training with technology services and solutions. In the pursuit of training qualified professionals who are attentive to market needs, the mentors of the Starter programs are professionals who work in large national and international companies, such as Nubank, Banco Banrisul, Capco Company, ADP Brazil Labs, Bayer. The Starter Full Stack Developer Program is a comprehensive training program that ranges from programming and technology fundamentals to the development of a complete software with front-end, back-end, database, cache, with guaranteed quality through automated testing and deployment in production. Students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in projects contracted by companies, developed in Growdev's software factory. Aiming at quality learning and the development of students' Hard Skills and Soft Skills, we organize our curriculum in blocks, namely: Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and Professional. New content is incrementally added while maintaining the foundation of what has been studied throughout each content and application. During the Basic Block, we acquire knowledge in Basic Computing Concepts, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Node JS Fundamentals, Back-End and API Fundamentals, Git and GitHub. Besides working on Hard Skills, we develop Soft Skills such as Confidence, Responsibility, and Student Engagement. We complete the Intermediate Block by acquiring new knowledge on TypeScript, Object-Oriented Programming, React Fundamentals and SPA, Relational Databases, Back-End and ORM. Besides working on Hard Skills, we develop Soft Skills such as Communication, Planning, and Teamwork.
