Born in the lovely city of Portsmouth in the UK, my family's sense of adventure led us to Australia when I was just 2 years old. Our journey included travelling around the country, with stops in places like Meekatharra, where we had a pub, Cape Leveque, Perth, Geraldton, and the Sunshine Coast before my own trip to Europe for 5 years, where I found an interest in recruitment. I then spent most of my career in Sydney before a few back and forths to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Back and forth, chopping and changing for no doubt great reasons at the time!What hasn't changed is, today, I remain passionate about working with people. With close to 20 years of experience in recruitment and recruitment-related functions, I'm dedicated to discovering, engaging, and nurturing talent. I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients and candidates, receiving thoughtful recommendations for my commitment to connecting exceptional individuals with outstanding organisations.My recruitment adventure began with ASK in 1996, where I discovered my desire to help people—candidates and clients alike. I've held various roles at companies such as Morgan & Banks, Talent2, EastCoast HR Group, Experis, and IRG, to name a few. Over time, my commitment to serving others has grown, along with my use of advanced research strategies and understanding of how to navigate all manner of relationships for the best outcomes for all involved.
