I lead the global brand management and marketing team at The Ascott Limited, the wholly owned lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment. My team is responsible for driving 360-brand management strategies to create differentiated and desirable signature brand experiences across Ascott’s award-winning serviced residence and hotel brands including Ascott, Citadines, Oakwood, Somerset, The Crest Collection and The Unlimited Collection. These include the positioning, development, marketing and measurement of brands as well as corporate branding to build brand equity across the company’s global hospitality portfolio. Concurrently, I am part of CapitaLand Investment’s Digital Ventures. I bring to the team my expertise in brand, content and customer experience as the Group builds digital ventures to experiment with and invest in to drive positive impact for the business.I’ve been a storyseller for 15 years, with experience in communications, specialising in media relations; crisis communications; social media strategies; brand building, digital and revenue marketing, and a passion for consumer behaviour and analytics.
