Professionals apply multiple methodologies and tools to guide the workers and promote sustainable resource utilization. The advancement in technology has led to the digitization of the whole process. Currently, the project managers rely on software to undertake complex activities. Managing projects throughout the project management life cycle (PMLC) is vital. Every stage plays an essential role in accomplishing the set objectives. Multiple project management methodologies have been developed, including waterfall, agile, and scrum project management. In waterfall project management, the fundamental resources are collected at the start of a project, after which there is the creation of a sequel plan. However, the agile methodology does not adhere to any rigid plan. The scrum approach is primarily utilized in software and product development. As a project manager, I believe applying a suitable approach based on the existing situation is crucial. I am passionate about undertaking complex projects and facilitating collaboration between the team to ensure timely completion. Besides, my people management skills are vital in motivating the workers towards a common goal.
