I am a senior associate specialising in Pensions. I have widespread experience in advising trustees, companies, financial institutions and public sector bodies in all areas of pensions law. As well as advising on the day to day matters, I also enjoy working on specific projects such as domestic and multi-jurisdictional commercial transactions, mergers and corporate restructurings, and outsourcing and transfer of services projects, and advising on the impact of specific legislation such as the Finance Act 2004, Pensions Act 2004 and TUPE.In addition to advising on all aspects relating to occupational pension schemes, I have considerable experience in advising on public sector pension schemes, employers sponsoring personal pension arrangements, on pension issues relating to compromise agreements, executive remuneration and in relation to the implications of discrimination and auto-enrolment legislation.I regularly gives client-specific pensions training and talks on pension issues.I also keenly pursue on a part-time basis, my interest in art, more specifically through the medium of etching.
