Report to Deputy BPO ManagerSubordinate:1Be the HR Project Manager, responsible for all the procedures and process control. The amount of project staff is about 2000. Project Experience- Responsible for the detail proposal and structure design of the project, including labor relations, C&B plan, and performance review and employee handbook.- Prepare the cost, budget and risk analysis report and monthly, annual report.- KPI control and daily operation management (including staffing, C&B, training and employee handbook and policy).
