As a member of the Merchant Business Operations team, I:- Support and enhance cross-functional collaboration- Establish and lead business operations rhythms and look for way to streamline, increase productivity and team engagement- Develop, champion and launch new initiatives that support goals for the Merchant team- Implement and maintain resource management systems to effectively manage resource utilization- Partner with leaders within Merchant on recruiting operations and new employee onboarding and training programs- Create and manage specific communications cadences for All Hands meetings and ongoing communications

- Led strategic planning for budget allocation across the organization focusing on goal attainment- Managed headcount, requisitions, hires, attrition, initiative/domain support for overall capacity views, being an advocate for greatest need for Design to meet goals and fill high priority gaps- Led cultural initiatives to ensure programs, events and working sessions are in place to drive a culture of One Design

- Managed the Alternative Workforce budget for eBay User Experience and Design team of $1M per quarter including maintaining spending reports for nine UED managers-Created a new process for managing the budget for the UED team that resulted in more on-target budget tracking- Created a new standard for exceptional candidate experiences and new-hire on-boarding
