Supporting Enterprise customers in the Pharmacy and Allied space Australia wide, my responsibilities included:• Working towards team and company OKR’s that are aligned to the greater business strategy.• Onboarding new customers to Healthengine, from supporting the sales team with initial product demonstrations through the complex onboarding process to go live. • Continual liaison with many internal teams across the business (Operations, Product and Technical Development, Legal, Finance and Support) to communicate onboarding requirements and service delivery of contractual obligations. Communicating and working through ongoing improvements to product and process requirements. • Conduct weekly cadence meetings with Enterprise customer partner project teams, starting from pre-onboarding to ensure as smooth as possible onboarding experience, that any support required is fulfilled, product updates communicated in a timely manner and value is delivered as expected.• Complete quarterly Joint Business Reviews with customer partners to show value, maintain and grow customer relationships and ROI.• Develop a deep understanding of the complexities across each vertical, specialty and enterprise group.

With a broad portfolio spanning Perth North Metro and North regional WA, in this role I have been responsible for:• Delivering REA-Group strategy which has included revenue generating activity such as communication to real estate agency and individual agent customers on new product launches, special offers, contract offerings and price changes.• Partnering with customers and being a trusted digital advisor to key stakeholders (Principals) and their business (agents, property managers and admin staff within their agency), providing advertising solution strategies at agency level, agent and also individual property level.• Communication and training presentations to agency teams on new product offerings and tools to support their business using REA products and services. This role had accountability for administration, sales and event support to the state team including State Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager and Account Managers. Key responsibilities included:• Daily and weekly sales team and revenue reporting for State and Sales Manager • Preparation of ROI reports for Account Managers to revisit customer purchases with the view of retaining contract level at renewal or upgrading their package.• Technical support for AM’s, including customer product and tools, sales team internal tools and programs and general IT hardware support to keep the team in operation.• Be ‘the glue that holds the team together’ by being the main point of contact for and person who is across all contract offerings, product knowledge and where to get answers – providing problem solving advice in a timely manner to ensure no down time or delay in replying to a customer.• Build good internal relationships with all levels of management, product teams, other support staff in all states.In addition:• New business development – working with potential new customers to realestate.com.au and advising on best contract solutions to suit their new venture based on questioning to determine fit for products. • Onboarding from credit application, contract production and set-up of site profile and listing uploader activation.• Conducting basic systems training with new customer and staff as required to ensure they are comfortable to find their way around prior to hand over to face-to-face account manager or account consultant.

Management of a team of warehouse and support staff (casual and permanent), ensuring orders are picked correctly and dispatched daily and on time via various local and state carriers. Also responsible for:• Prioritising WHS ensuring relevant training and licences were up to date, machinery was in safe and good working order and facilities and racking were safe and tidy in-line with within WorkSafe audit standards.• Process and warehouse layout improvement implementation to improve efficiencies.• Major customer meetings and site tour facilitation to inspect stock and business standards – partnering to provide solutions to customer needs were met and that service satisfaction was achieved.• Stock management – counts, repacks, recodes and kit make-ups. Facilitating expectations and working with the team on the floor to get the job done on time.
