Manage a National Inside Sales Team for the Centricity Perinatal and Perioperative Solutions. Responsible to deliver on an Operating Plan for Orders and Revenue; provide an accurate forecast to the business all while partnering and working collaboratively with direct field sales team and account managers. The focus of this team is to maintain the account base, maintain and foster customer relationships, promote upgrades and add-on’s as well as renew annual maintenance contracts. Effective January 1, 2018 responsibilities expanded to lead a team of clinical sales specialists and a contract analyst.

Support and partner with the Centricity Perinatal field sales and service personnel in their efforts to sell strategic offerings and maximize account penetration by identifying sales prospects, developing targeted account strategies, providing account/product information, participating in internal/customer meetings, developing proposals and providing account follow up.

Responsible for content creation/development, course instruction/delivery, project/operations management in support of the Sales Organization. The position involves the balancing of sales, presentation, instructional, marketing, and technical skills. The position also required a strong credibility with Sales and a demonstrated ability to work with sales management to understand the educational needs of the sales organization. A solid technical background was necessary to assist in product understanding, as well as good sales skills to help understand value selling and account penetration. Worked with internal and external resources to provide learning programs in support of business goals.

Assessed organizational training and audience needs and recommended delivery methods for training. Based on assessment, developed training solutions using recommended approach, including, but not limited to, computer-based training solutions, multi-media presentations, self-paced materials, and web-based solutions.

Responsibilities:-Responsible for the day-to-day management of desktop instructor and operations staff -Schedule classes and instructors-Participates in “sales calls”, specifically educating the client on content and course options-Write KnowledgeWave Training’s Microsoft Office XP curriculum-Writes custom curriculum for private, corporate classes-Evaluates client’s workflow to help determine training and development needs-Teaches desktop application classes-Teaches specialty classes and seminars-Updates and maintains course outlines-Completes daily duties of Finance administrator in her absence-Creates course pre and post assessments-Evaluates assessments through narrative, manager and executive analysis, including ROI-Assists President in creating annual budget
