I help solve stress and conflict situations at work by incorporating a therapeutic approach to coaching, mediation and staff development. This unique approach helps resolve sensitive, complex, emotional issues in the workplace and supports individuals and teams to find their smiles and motivation again. My services can help you or your staff to :-* build unique strategies to feel more able to cope during stressful times at work* resolve and move forward from conflict with colleagues* understand and overcome whats holding you back from performing at your best * feel supported after or during a difficult disciplinary, grievance or complaint process * return to work feeling more resilient after a period of sickness * provide support for individuals or teams that have gone through a challenging or upsetting time * provide alternative solutions to HR teams or managers for complex ER issues that are feeling stuck As well as being a Counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), a Coach holding Senior Practitioner Accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)and an Associate Mediator with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC); I also have a 25-year senior leadership background in Organisational Development and Training and am a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (FLPI).I have worked closely with HR teams, Boards and senior managers successfully resolving complex stressful staff and team issues. Being a Counsellor I work at a deeper personal level than most coaches and mediators. My therapeutic approach helps to reduce personal distress, find those hidden barriers to change and get to the route of what's stopping things moving forward. As well as running my own practice ‘Wright Insight’, I also sit on the BACP Coaching Division Executive, am an Associate for a Leadership Development Organisation and a Therapeutic Coaching company and have had several articles published in Coaching Journals and have contributed to a book.
