I have always been a lifelong learner and have a passion for growth and development, which I love to share with others. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including education, where I discovered my love for building communities and helping others live their most authentic lives.​As a school administrator, I found purpose in supporting my team and helping them build confidence in their abilities to set and achieve goals. I pursued a Master's degree in International Education with the dream of opening a school of my own one day, where I could create an academy of global learners. However, when I started a family, I shifted my focus to balancing work with raising my children. I became a part-time fitness and nutrition coach, which allowed me to continue helping others while nurturing my family.​Throughout my journey, I have honed my organizational and interpersonal skills through my involvement with my children's parent associations and volunteering in my community. Nowadays, I am a teacher, and a mindfulness life coach. My enthusiasm for growth and connection, combined with my relevant educational and professional credentials, allows me to serve as a nurturing teacher, coach and a facilitator.
