Moved majority of buying, design, sourcing, and marketing divisions to Columbus, Ohio, with little disruption to business.

Served as member of Aldo group executive committee. Worked with founder to redefine and transform the Transit division into the Spring division. Developed Spring from Canadian brand to International brand, with stores in the U.S. and Middle East.

Grew Penningtons into Reitmans’ most profitable division, leading expansion from 27 to 100 stores. Served as member of Reitmans executive committee.
