Provided vast technical support to Microsoft Office Consumers internationally, including testing the efficiency of offering a wide range of support to prevent transferring customers back and forth and ease communication. Scope of support included, but not limited to, Microsoft Accounts support, MS Store online purchases, Office 365 subscriptions and Microsoft Office perpetual software suites dating back to 2007. Consumer support covered the standard apps. Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive/cloud support. Key member in identifying suites/subscriptions for the purpose of licensing differentiation/verification. Supported previous versions back to Windows 7 and Mac OSX 10.5 aka Leopard AND iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and Windows phone OS. Highlights include, but not limited to:- Cross-functional collaboration with 6 different business units and the combination of services enabled hundreds of environment situations. - Worked with virtual machines to copy the customer’s environment and walk them through issues before trying to remotely access devices. - Installation or removal of the software, troubleshooting application issues, product key verification and limitation, updating software, file recovery, determining cross application interference and minor OS issues. - Configured iCloud, Gmail, yahoo etc. online and/or the local app, POP, IMAP, or exchange incoming and outgoing servers, encryption services and security setting adjustments. Support also included email recovery (nothings really is fully deleted), troubleshooting sending/receiving.
