We are the developers of the Emotional Pattern Elicitation Process, the Health Thresholds model and META-Kinetics. META-Kinetics is a system of advanced Kinesiology that provides a methodology for META-Health and enables communication with the body-field. We train professionals in META-Kinetics, and also offer courses in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and the Human Design System. On a one-to-one basis, I provide integrative coaching and therapy for people wishing to deepen and accelerate their personal development. I help individuals to identify, understand and release the mental and emotional unconscious causes ('patterns') behind their issues and barriers to success. My approach is tailored to individuals' needs and synthesises META-Health Analysis and Coaching, META-Kinetics, EFT, NLP and Human Design.

Coaching is an empowering partnership between client and coach. As a therapist and META-Health Coach as well as a life coach, I help clients to go beyond goals to understand and overcome the root cause of their inner barriers and transform themselves. Common issues I help people to overcome include: stress and anxiety, lack of confidence, social anxieties, health issues and lack of direction. My integrative coaching style is purposeful and incisive, while remaining calm and supportive.
