In this busy company my role is to deal with a whole range of property management to a portfolio of 350 properties for several landlords. I also support the implementation of the ARIM process by providing excellent administration support to all activities in the process. Some of my responsibilities include:•Answer calls regarding information on properties for let and sale•Update the systems with agreed data in a timely manner covering sales, tenancies including charges, rent free periods etc, Housing Benefit contributions, marketing blurb etc.•Deal with and resolve complaints•On a daily basis action diary items, resolving problems and issues•Develop and run reports from systems to ensure the integrity of the systems•Inform council tax authorities re new tenancies and deal with any issues•Despatch rent review communications and deal with any rent issues•Resolve Council tax, Housing Benefit and Utility invoice queries•Generate paperwork for agents to conduct the move in and vacation of properties•Record monies collected for deposits and rent onto a database and deal with any queries•Liaise with Housing Benefit departments to process claims•Deal with issues regarding high rent arrears, court proceedings and resolve any maintenance issues
