I was responsible for managing the insolvency department, and had a specific focus on contentious cross border insolvencies, including offshore funds, cryptocurrency and theft of client funds. Other engagements included the administration of an experienced investor fund, administration of an insurer and I have experience of high profile bankruptcies.

• Advised the liquidator of a Gibraltar insurer on all regulatory requirements, adjudication, overseas litigation and investigation into its capitalisation
• Acted for an international Bank in an interpleader application in respect of €3.2 million held in a UK account following the collapse of a European insurer.
• Application for interim relief in aid of foreign proceedings against the Chairman of a collapsed Greek Bank, and obtaining a freezing injunction against €321 million.
• Defended application for trial of issues between Defendants in a contentious trust case.As Junior before the Court of Appeal
• Acted for the Petitioner in the Company's Appeal to winding up Order.
