• Ensure the quality, safety and hygiene of beverage and workspace are complaint with Google’s requirements;
• Perform weekly inventory audits and order supplies;
• Host workshop on coffee beans selection and coffee brewing;
• Offer training for kitchen employees in coffee preparation;
• Procure coffee beans and equipments, and coordinate with suppliers for maintenance and training;

• Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and assist with the preparation of meal designs;
• Monitor and record inventory and order new supplies;
• Maintain food quality, safety and hygiene standard;
• Cooperate with the Executive Chef in supervising the function of all kitchen employees
