Product Advocate
CurrentAs a Product Advocate, my responsibilities are: - Collaborate with customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and Product Management to assess proposed development (enhancement) requests, ensuring a clear understanding of the business problem, the customer’s objectives, and the overall impact on their goals.- Act as a customer advocate by translating business needs into actionable solutions, functionality changes, and recommendations.- Manage product escalations by evaluating the situation in its entirety, setting realistic customer expectations, and working with other SAP departments to find alternative solutions.- Partner with Product Management and internal stakeholders to determine the prioritization of development requests across the customer, partner, and SAP landscape comprehensively.
