I am 35 years old, currently working at Atos as a Scrum Master primary focusing on reaching high performance, organizing and motivating teams.Throughout my academic and professional carrier, I developed aninterest for agile methodologies, seeking toconsolidate knowledge, in which I actively invest through personalresearch and training. Within my current position, I have gained tools andknowledge to help teams meeting their objectives according to their definition of done, while keeping transparency to all stakeholders.
