LIV Student Campus is a PBSA redirected for students and young professionals in the area of the Asprela University Campus, distributed by four different accommodation typologies, with a total of 1298 beds available: single or double studio and single or double room in shared flat, all with private bathroom and adapted to disabled people.The project is promoted by the investment fund V Student Aulis, constituted as main investors by Bankinter, Valeo Groupe and Plenium Partners.Role:• Managing showroom and liaising with contractors• Ensuring maximum levels of occupancy by engaging with market trends and customer feedback• Responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues• Ensuring the sites are safe environments• Prompt collection of rents and controlling budgetary targets• Marketing and promotion of the accommodation• Undertaking regular inspections of students flats• Undertaking routine daily/weekly safety inspections and updating the web-based safety management system• Establishing working relationships with suppliers and contractors• Being part of the out of hours rota for emergencies• Supporting the management of the site in compliance with the relevant codes of standards• Being an active liaison with university staff including attending regular meetings with relevant bodies• Growing brand awareness and creating a community feel within the site through events and promotions• Consistent site team management to ensure high performance• Engaging with the local community and stakeholders to represent the best company interests• Working closely with the client team and Valeo Group team
