In this position I was responsible for planning, managing and analyzing market researches data focusing on the higher education market.Performance: 150% year 1 and 110% year 2.I was responsible for coordinating projects with customers, from the planning and setup of the research, aiming to solve their problem, to the analysis of results and final presentation. Among the analyzes include: prospects profile assessment and students, satisfaction with prospects and students, brand equity, positioning and price elasticity.Also, part of my scope was to analyze secondary data released by INEP assessing the markets, courses and brands grow and decrease and geomarketing tool and sociodemographic data from the studied regions.

I developed a model to analyze the main Notebooks configs that are currently being offered by competitors crossing the information with Dell's direct model (dell.com.br) and Retail offers, trying to identify the difference in price difference by minimum and average prices.Also, acquired great knowledge of the business from contact with different areas of Marketing for Dell to understand the needs of each area, activities performed and responsibilities, such as: Merchandise, Products, Ecommerce, Marcom, Finance.

In this position I was responsible for part of the company's sales activities.I was responsible for all demand generated by social media and customer service through them. I participated in the creation of promotional packages, offering cooking courses to attract new customers. I was the point of contact for students with the school psychologist, registering them into the company's CRM and other interactions between both parties.In addition, I developed analysis models of the courses at the School. Through this model it was possible to identify the preference of students, what days and times had higher demand, increased flow of students in school and take control by week, month and quarter of the courses to serve as historical basis.
