CurrentIn my current role as a GIRC Analyst L3 at Jolera, I've been deeply involved in a wide range of vital ITWork experience functions. My responsibilities extend from maintaining network infrastructure and configuring firewalls — including tasks like setting exclusion rules, VPN tunnel configurations, and conducting firmware upgrades — to acting as the first line of defense against infrastructure network problems and various cybersecurity threats like ransomware, phishing attacks, and cross-site scripting.When server resources are running high, I step in to optimize them, ensuring smooth and efficientoperations. I also play a critical role in handling outages, whether it's from power grid failures or ISP issues, often being the first point of contact for our customers during these critical times.This demanding yet rewarding role requires rapid response, deep technical understanding, andexceptional communication skills. Itʼs an environment where continuous learning is essential, and everychallenge faced becomes an opportunity to enhance my IT prowess. This experience has been pivotal inexpanding my technical capabilities and developing my readiness to handle the unexpected in the complex world of IT.
