I chose a degree on Biotechnology since this is an area that I have been passionate about since young, since I strongly believe this area is fundamental to develop new products that can improve the quality of life of communities. However, it was during this bachelor’s that I noticed I was much more interested in business related areas and finally, in August 2019, I had the opportunity to enter in the Master’s in Management at Nova School of Business & Economics. I treasure all the knowledge on diverse concepts I was able to learn during this experience, as well as the chance to further develop my soft-skills and meet people from different backgrounds and nationalities.Between both cycle of studies, I also had the opportunity to embrace my first professional experience by working at CGI as a technical consultant for a service management tool. This opportunity as led me to gain an extensive range of knowledge, from understanding the importance for an organization to use a tool such as this, to finding which approaches should I use when dealing with people from my team and different teams.
