Job Title: Project Engineer - Flexible PipeJob Summary:Responsible for the issuance of all documents pertaining to pipeline projects, as development of layout, piping plans, isometrics, bills of materials, manufacturing and assembly orders, flexibility calculations, calculations of wall thickness of pipes, tapes, etc.. Support the sales department during the bidding process. Support construction department at the stage of S&M. Support operations department, with the improvement projects. Conduct field visits to monitor the project.Responsible for over 20 projects, Brazil and abroad, adding over 220 normalized km manufactured flexible pipes.Job Responsibilities / Activities:• Training 2 new Junior Project Engineer for new award projects.• Review GA and manufacturing drawings.• Design of endfitting, subsea ancillaries and equipments.• Proven track of improvements in design and quality• Ensuring effective operation and client communication.• Generation of project Technical Query Request (TQR) and method statements.• Ensure that project is done profitably by strict Cost Managing tools and equipment protection and supervision of workers to increase Productivity.• Day to day NCR assessments.
