Responsible for the medium and long-term expansion planning of the high voltage distribution network for EDP Espírito Santo, serving 70 counties with 1.7M customers. Assigned with forecasting the company's busbar load for expansion studies of the electrical system within the scope of ONS (National System Operator). Responsible for preparing and analyzing study cases of the high voltage system in order to propose new transmission and distribution substations and transmission lines. Entrusted with defending high voltage expansion projects using both technical and economic aspects. Additionally, tasked for calculating high voltage technical distribution losses. Furthermore, responsible with evaluating new connection requests from consumers, generators, and prosumers supplied at 69-138 kV.

Lead engineer responsible for conducting medium voltage expansion planning studies for a region that encompasses 16 counties and serves more than 210 thousand clients. Responsible for proposing the construction and expansion of substations, installing medium voltage regulators, correcting power factor, proposing new feeders, reconfiguring the distribution network, installing reclosers focusing on flexibility, and reinforcing existing distribution feeders. Accountable with determining the most strategic investments that align carefully with market growth projections for the region, technical standards, economic sustainability and reliability. A significant aspect of the role involves the justification of investments in the grid by presenting technical elements including technical losses, distribution flexibility, and cost-benefit evaluations, among many others. Furthermore, entrusted with analyzing new connection requests from consumers, generators, and prosumers up to 2.5MW on the MV grid.

Integral member of a team overseeing projects in areas like IoT, web platforms, veterinary, and medical equipment. Primary duties include opportunity identification, conducting patent exploration, managing project milestones, developing embedded software and hardware, as well as drafting documentation, certification, and EMC tests for medical devices.

As an intern in the R&D department, I had the oportunity of assisting engineers in the design and development of embedded software and hardware solutions for medical applications. In my capacity, I was responsible for the development of specific segments of both hardware and software within ongoing projects. Additionally, I undertook the task of researching and evaluating new ultrassonig sensors and circuits to identify alternative solutions for high flow measurement inside ventilators.

During the summer of 2015, I had the privilege of studying the use of signal flow graphs concerning analog circuit analysis and design. Consequently, a comprehensive material was assembled, encompassing analytically solved examples and simulations. This material is intended to serve as supplementary content for the respective course at theuniversity.
