Management of the PAGAQUI, S.A. business unit, which started as one of the companies of Teya Group in Portugal (previously SaltPay) in order stabilize and grow the business. PAGAQUI is specialized in the collection & charging payment services. Within this position, I was able to lead and have constant contact with tech, sales, financial and operation teams, envisioning a rapid market expansion through the company’s network of points of sale, with 100% in-house technology, and a diversified customer-base.PAGAQUI went through a process of M&A and was sold to a Portuguese group called EUPAGO, in the new context of the company, as Business Unit Manager I’m responsible to create economic and business models, simplify complexity, manage multiple priorities, prepare presentations, design and implement reporting systems.

The main tasks I was doing included direct communication with suppliers from all over the world, analysis of quotations, price negotiation, monitoring Technical Sheets and Samples of the products and supporting the decisions of commercial teams.

Perishables Commercial Department - Meat (Pingo Doce) | Coordination of a project that concerned new Meat Specialties produced by suppliers, from its implementation in March until May 2021.

As a NOVA SBE Master Student, it's possible to choose a real life consulting project as thesis, it's a group work, the Consulting Lab, with many top Portuguese companies. My Master Thesis was developed in collaboration with RTP as an external strategy consultant.The goal of the project was to disseminate the Mobile Journalism philosophy in RTP, both in the production and in the consumption side.

As part of Spark as an ambassador, my goal is to represent the company in the university. The main function of my role is the disseminatiion of all events of the compnay (Pitch Bootcamps), and through my network lead students to participate in the activities carried out by Spark.

Digital Transformation - development of a project with NOVO BANCO Digital regarding a new App that will be launched soon, addressing Open Banking. Creation of a strategy plan with the purpose of offering a new business model to the bank.

My mission was to identify global pain points in the stores of Mo and create an optimization project for stock replenishment. The project also included focusing on the motivation and performance of the team and define recommendations and strategies to improve them.

Communication Department - coordination of the partnerships of our students union. This position allowed me to have a very direct contact with several companies, with the main role of negotiating contracts and discounts.Events Department - my responsibilities were due to the organization of various activities, as sports, cultural, and festive. I acquired organizational skills, improved my time management, and financial management. Department of Social Action - creation of many solidarity initiatives, from volunteer projects, to helping disadvantaged communities with the collection of goods and clothing to do bundles for thse people (Re-Food, Comunidade Vida e Paz).

Member of the Mentoring team, whose main objective is to follow up people with project ideias, startups, and helping them in the creation and development of business models, in preparing them for talks with potential investors, among others.
