Being able to have solid commercial experience in such a big industry as the Fintech one, from direct sales to account management, helped me understand what it means to be challenged every day. Building personal and professional self-awareness while managing my client's awareness of me, the institution I represent, and themselves, now and in the future.I know that I will always put 110% towards goals I’m passionate about and I always bring that to the table with everything we can build together. I see my creativity as my strongest ability to succeed because it's key to think outside of the box and the box is defined by each and every one of us. That's why it's important to always be open to new challenges and shake that box. An example I can give is from my experience as a Digital Marketing Manager for a real estate start-up. I had to learn Premiere Pro in a week! And I did! Investors to this day are impressed with what I created.I aspire to become an improved version of myself while being continuously inspired by others because there’s no “success” without “u s”. My experience has shown that you must accept new challenges and step outside your comfort zone. Never settle for something you don't truly believe.So, how about you?
