Function Description:- Manage Customer Relationships and Expectations throughout Delivery Projects and Coordinate Cross-Organizational Networks to ensure Customer Satisfaction; - Overall Responsibility for Successful Execution of and Compliance to Contract/Order and Delivery of Project until Handover/Close;- External as well as Internal Coordination and Communication, Primary Point of Contact Internally and Externally for All Assigned Projects;- Introduce Continuous Improvement Methodologies to the Operations; - Plan the Project Activities according with Contract Requirements; - Customer Support Team on Troubleshooting and After Sales Support.

Function Description: - Lead Project Engineering Deliverables;- Define Project Engineering Release Timings aligned to the Internal and Customer Project Management Frameworks;- Lead Project Engineering Teams and Follow-Up affected Internal Departments in a Matrix Organization;- Ensure Effective Change Management throughout the Project Lifecycle; - Identify, Monitor and Proactively Manage Project Risks and Issues that impact on Deliveries;- Work with Internal and External Stakeholders to achieve Project Deliverables;- Prepare Engineering Project Status Reports and Present at Internal and Customer Project Reviews.

Function Description:- Product Development: Creation of 2D and/or 3D Design;- Product Change Management and Analysis of Engineering Specifications;- Support Other Internal Departments (Sales, Plant, Costing, etc.) and Customer;- Monitoring Customers and Factories, during all Stages of the Product Life;- Automotive Electrical Systems Requirements and Product Development Cycle;- EDS Design Tools Development and Integration;- Engineering Release Activities and Change Management Processes;- Practical Knowledge of Schematics Design;- Practical Knowledge of 2D and/or 3D Wiring Harness Drawings; - Practical Knowledge of AutoCAD, Siemens NX and SolidWorks.- Knowledge of Quality Tools: FMEA, PDCA, FTA, 8D.
