Graduated in Biology by the Universidade do Porto, with a robust background in both laboratory and computational sciences, I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Bioinformatics. In the lab, I have hands-on experience working with bacteria and fungi, focusing on tasks such as DNA extractions, PCR and Data analysis. My proficiency extends to working with biosafety level 2 microorganisms, and utilizing advanced lab equipment.Complementing my laboratory skills, I have developed significant expertise in programming, particularly in Python, R, and SQL. This skill set allows me to effectively analyze biological data, construct meaningful visualizations, and derive insights from complex datasets.I am eager to leverage my interdisciplinary skills to contribute to cutting-edge research and innovative projects in the private sector as a data analyst.
