Responsible for building the strategy and leading the execution of all marketing initiatives for the Education segment. The essence of the role was to help consolidate technology as key tools to improve education in the country, from different perspectives - teachers, students, education institutions (public and private), and partners. Some of the key responsibilities were: - Budget planning and execution;- Hold and sponsoring key external events;- Land audience programs (Showcase Schools, Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts, etc.);- Act together with the Microsoft Learning Consultants to deliver the Microsoft in the Classroom message to educators in school, events, workshops, etc;- Work together with content partners to create and deliver courses;- Build new relationships with partners.
Distribution Intern
Co-responsible for creating and executing the sellout strategy. The main initiatives were about rolling out sales and marketing campaigns for the distributor’s sales teams to increase their results. On the other end those sales, I would work closely to main sub-distributors and resellers across Brazil so they could also increase their sales numbers, and pull that demand for products from the distributors. Another key initiative that I led was related to rolling out training and programs for the distributors’ sales teams, so they could learn more about Microsoft’s products and services and be better prepared to position them with customers.

Focused on sales excellence, my role was to provide relevant data and insight to support decisions by the Public Sector director and team leads. Also, I would help organize internal and external events, as well as create presentation decks.
