We provide full scope support to entities involved in water management, from governments to municipalities, including water, wastewater, stormwater and hydrology.DouroECI has been working in the major challenges associated with water management, including:- Implementing technology, including asset and O&M management (ION) and business intelligence (OBI), software developed and owned by DouroECI, at several water utilities- Technical assistance and O&M contracts management with a focus on governance and structuring water utilities, including software implementation and performance based contracts- Optimizing water supply, wastewater and stormwater management- Developing studies, from technical due diligence, business and master plans, preliminary studies to detailed designs, taking an approach supported on our experience and international best practices, considering long-term systems sustainability and infrastructure strategic asset management perspective- Developing and implementing projects regarding non-revenue water (NRW) and infiltration and inflows (I&I)
