Some of my responsibilities include: - Search and attract candidates through databases, and social media networks- Be part of the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to screening, interviewing, making offers, and presenting candidates- Conduct compensation expectation conversations with candidates to ensure closure of offers- Provide meaningful market data to clients- Act as the focal point of our ATS (making sure that best practices are followed, clearing… Show more Some of my responsibilities include: - Search and attract candidates through databases, and social media networks- Be part of the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to screening, interviewing, making offers, and presenting candidates- Conduct compensation expectation conversations with candidates to ensure closure of offers- Provide meaningful market data to clients- Act as the focal point of our ATS (making sure that best practices are followed, clearing doubts and helping my teammates if needed, performing audits, doing trainings, doing reports, etc.)- Partner with various stakeholders and managers to understand business and position needs to develop recruiting strategies- Replace Pod Lead when absent- Participate in calls with partners, clients and managers when needed to give updates of our pipeline, propose solutions and strategies, and answer any questions as regards our open positions' status- Provide information to candidates regarding our culture, career path, professional development and benefits- Reach out to referred candidates and keeping employees updated on their referrals- Review applicants- Provide candidates with proactive and timely updates on their application status - Create and update database of candidates- Research on new sourcing strategies- Engage in new role discussions with recruiters and hiring managers to outline job descriptions and candidate profiles- Create job descriptions- Create job postings Show less
