My role at VMotion involves all aspects and touchpoints of the organisation. I lead the marketing and design team which has involved the creation of the design system and brand.• Developed brand assets including iconography and branding guidelines which have helped the company develop a strong and consistent brand. • Improvements to the overall user experience for clients interacting with our brands through user research and implementation of design best practices.• Managed various project both internally and externally involving complex requirements. As co-founder and lead designer my role at Surge Media was varied and rewardingly challenging.
