•Future thinking towards the strategic goals for the years to come, represented in programs and projects to implement the solutions.•Accountable for 2 of the most important Enterprise Mayor Systems for generating and executing the sales. •PMO processes definition, executive status reporting, monitoring and control, strategic planning, critic status project recovery, assurance for high-quality product delivery. KPI’s definition and monitoring.•Management of client expectations, risk management, HR management, leadership and project team coaching, development of project management plan and subsidiary plans as Risk management plan, Scope management plan, Quality management plan, cost management plan, communication management plan, and acquaintances management plan. Development of project charter and estimation for costs and development of schedule for project activities.•WBS creation and management, defining project teamwork and acquiring project team, management, monitoring and control of project executing, and any needed activity involved to project management to assure the meeting of the objectives.

•Client initial interview and high-level requirements identification. Development of commercial proposal, presenting the proposal to the clients, and management of negotiation. PMI Project management using PMI, UML, and SCRUM practices. Development of project management plan and subsidiary plans such as HR management plan, Risk management plan; quality assurance, quality control, executive status report, continuous motivational meetings, and project team coaching.

•Definition and implementation of PMO direction, the Development direction, Operations, support, sales, etc.•Development of proposal and project management for internal and external IT projects

•Project management for diverse business area within the company: Data strategy, advertising, information systems, solutions for logistics and distribution processes, feeding for Suburbia clothing, sales results, inventory, analysis, and a complete restructuring of the production process of generating new models in Suburbia.•Managing holistically projects in different types of the process ensuring delivery on time and as they are, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
