At the end of the transition, the Agence métropolitaine de transport and the Conseil inter municipal de transport authorities will be replaced by two new agencies, the Regional Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Metropolitan Transportation Network (MTN).The responsibilities of the transition committee include:- establish the competency profile of the independent members of the CAs of the Authority and the MTN;- integrate the employees of the current organizations with the two new organizations;- draw up the Authority's financing policy, in particular the terms and conditions for the contracting of services; - prepare the first budgets of the Authority and the MTN; - ensure the transfer of assets and liabilities between the organizations.
