Main Responsibilities:- Maintaining and developing relationships with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers across multiple sectors: Security, Stewarding, Hospitality, Education, Care, Cleaning & Retail.- Scheduling, coordinating and running recruitment events (these consisted of assessment days, 1 to 1 & group interviews) with employers across 16 boroughs in London.- Producing and advertising vacancies from employers and recruitment events.- Conducted pre-screening phone and in-person interviews for recruitment events and vacancies from partners.- Preparation and presentation of monthly recruitment reports which includes the outcomes of the recruitment events and submission conversion data.
