Core Qualifications• Early Childhood Program Management: 30 years of early learning experience with 20+ in leadership roles and specializations in program design, launch, and growth, as well as operational excellence and curriculum development• Enrollment: Record of growing programs through a combination of marketing, enrollment plans, and referrals based on superior quality and excellent student outcomes• Quality Control: Adept at monitoring curriculum and program execution for strict adherence to quality standards • At-Risk Intervention Planning: Expertise in screening and assessments, creating behavior management, individualized learning, and family service plans, as well as working closely with families in crisis• Team Leadership: Capable of leading large diverse staffs with direct and indirect reports• Fundraising and Grant Writing: Proficient in creatively sourcing funding from non-profits, businesses, and other community partners with the ability to build strong relationships with potential donors• Compliance and Reporting: Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and data privacy, as well as audit preparation and report writing • Governmental Liaising: Experience working with PA Department of Public Welfare, US Department of Health and Human Services, PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning (PreK Counts, Keystone Stars, and Early Intervention Services), Child and Adult Food Care Program, and Child Care Information Services
