As the Marketing Event Coordinator, I am responsible for all aspects of meeting and event planning, supporting the Event Manager to ensure meetings, tradeshows, company-sponsored events, and seminars run smoothly. I help manage all National, Regional, High-priority, and Executive events, and oversee on-site conference staff. Curriculum Development Skills:- Sole innovator of two mindful fitness modalities, HoopYogini, and Bhakti Boogie Yoga.- Designed, authored, and executed continuing education accredited courses, retreat curriculum, training manuals, and instructional videos (for GAIAM, Marisa Tomei, and Essence Magazine) to highlight multiple intelligences, mindful movement, and multigenerational body-based inquiry.- Introduced one of the first online yoga teacher trainings in 2014, offering foundational and advanced certifications touching a community of over 200 instructors and 10,000+ students.- Integrated contemplative pedagogy into accessible programming for schools, corporations and conferences, including curriculum development for the National Institute of Heath’s Heart Health Campaign’s Desk Yoga Series.
