- completes intake for all new and existing clients in the program - determines eligibility for WIC services by screening clients based on income and residency - serves as a greeter/receptionist - assists with daily reminder calls- assists with monthly reports - travels to all 5 clinic sites within Lake County - helped host the first off-site WIC clinic - refers clients to other programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, other local agencies - answers phone calls from department call center- performs anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, and hemoglobin

- This position included the research, designing and implementation of 3 separate projects - 2 week MCAT prep program - Peer Mentor Program - 4 week summer program - Goal: Student focused research which aims to eliminate barriers for students on the pre-med track at Knox College by implementing solutions at the administration and classroom level- completed literature review of over 50 articles- presented findings to Provost and Dean of Student Experience - Program was funded through the National Endowment for the Humanities
