In partnership with Generac Power Systems, JA Corey Electric is quickly becoming a top Authorized Dealer in the New England Area. Last year, while using many skills and experiences from my diverse background, with the assistance of my team I was able to grow JA Corey Electric's Generac product business by over 75% and our close rate on leads went from 25% to 50% in 2023. In 2022 we completed just over 125 Generac generator installations and in 2023 we reached 175! For 2024 we are targeting 200 installations while also focusing more efforts on incremental opportunities for growth within the Generac Home Standby Generator segment.I wear many hats in my day. My responsibilities include but are not limited to inventory ordering and management, employee recruiting, employee scheduling, scheduling assessments, scheduling installations, managing customer satisfaction, filling and maintaining the Generac sales funnel, and anything an entrepreneur does to make the day run smoothly.Since returning, I have led the team in integrating a new CRM tool, recovering data from a ransom hack, building integrated Excel tools to make processes easier, and overhauling the website (www.jacorey.com) to name a few. I am proud to have returned to my roots in the family business.
