Bringing my legal and financial skillsets to operating across various C-Level and board positions I have consistently showcased my ability to capitalise on growth markets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.In my executive roles, I have overseen Property & Casualty (P&C) operations, governance, human resources, legal compliance, and communications across multiple countries. My dual focus has always been on achieving business goals and maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.Previously, as a Member of the Board of Management at Allianz Versicherungs-AG in Munich, I led the claims division, managing 2.6 million claims annually with an expenditure of EUR 6.2 billion. I implemented initiatives that significantly improved claims processing efficiency and customer satisfaction, leading a dedicated team of almost four thousand employees.My experience also includes serving as Regional Chief Business Officer for Central & Eastern Europe at Allianz SE. In this role, I managed insurance portfolios, underwriting, and reinsurance operations, overseeing EUR 2.6 billion in revenue and EUR 300 million in operational profit, while leading a team of 1,320 employees.With an MBA from Columbia Business School, London Business School, and The University of Hong Kong, and an LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School, I have a strong academic foundation.
