Planner and Moderator of the monthly Workload Integration Meeting with Planning Partners, Staffing and Training as well as the monthly Workload Governance Meeting with the Senior Level Management in PS/ER. Exclusively responsible for the preparation of the MC High Volume data for the USAA Enterprise Workforce Forecast.Preparing, coordinating and executing the monthly Non-USAA Worker Reporting and Forecasting. Sole point of contact in the enterprise for the monthly 3rd Party Reporting. Additionally, reporting and analyzing data for the external vendors Sitel, Sykes and Teletech. Reporting and validating the result for the publication on the USAA CEO Workforce page. Representative for Workforce Planning Services in the monthly Pre-CEO MBM Meeting.
