About Jo Cheshire

I'm an experienced marketer with over 25 years' experience, working mainly in the not-for-profit sector. A generalist, I cover a range of disciplines from pure marketing to PR, fundraising and public policy work.I'm currently Director of Marketing and Communications at WCS Care, a Warwickshire-based charity that operates 11 care homes for older people, and 2 care homes for working age adults with disabilities and life-long conditions. I've always enjoyed stories, from reading to telling them, and I bring this to work where I focus on injecting story into WCS’s communications; sharing the work of WCS’s frontline teams and residents to reassure future generations of care home residents and families that living in a care home is a positive decision for those who need full time care.
