I believe in the importance of self-improvement hence I am always on the lookout for ways to personally develop myself. I often take on a great number of business-related courses I take for self-advancement and then participate in opportunities that would allow me to apply the knowledge gained.I am part of the Peer Supporters where I advocate for mental well-being and strive to be a pillar of support for my peers and everyone around me. I work with a team to organize, plan and execute events and safe spaces throughout the school campus to spread awareness on social issues.Being an academy coach in X-Culture Academy, I've had the opportunity to manage student teams, evaluate business proposal reports for real-world client companies (e.g. Capsource Education USA, Salad Ventures Singapore, Finnish Schools International Finland, etc). Additionally, I am actively involved in the planning of several special projects within the organisation such as a Student Motivation Module, Environmental Awareness Program, etcetera. My experience as an academy coach has allowed me to be able to creatively kickstart projects to improve the students' experience within X-Culture, as well as gain management and interpersonal skills.
