I collaborated with a Global Virtual Team on an international business challenge for two months. My team worked on a report Finnish School International Global Online (FSI-GO) to solve the challenge of helping FSI GO to expand more globally. We applied strategies and frameworks in Market Entry, Management, Marketing and Pricing. The team ended the semester with a presentation to share our findings and ideas gathered, to which we attained the second best team within the presentation.I attained a report score of 4.2, which is the top 40% (Out of 1,028 teams)I've achieved a peer evaluation of 4.9 out of 5.0 which was in the top 3.3% (Out of 5,000+ participants)I've also achieved the second best student award

During my 3 months internship, I was assigned to the CLL Rolls Royce operations team and overlooked Rolls Royce related shipments.I was involved in a few administrative, analytics and operational projects and dabbled in scheduling shipment bookings with freight management teams, updating and tracking milestones as well as reason codes, as well as other ad hoc duties to support my team!

Working at Guardians as a Retail Assistant, I was mainly in charge of cashiering and restocking, along with other ad-hoc duties. I would say that while working was tiring, I felt a fantastic sense of achievement, especially after going through a rough day. I have grown so much in terms of perseverance, the ability to adapt to arising problems, and my sense of responsibility with me having to be careful while handling the money at the cashier.
